GOD’S WORD SAYS

2Cr 5:16   Therefore from now on we recognize no one according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know {Him} {in this way} no longer. 2Cr 5:17   Therefore if anyone is in Christ, {he is} a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.

Dennis Says

I have had all of those feelings as well…but have discovered a way to find hope. I know I harp on this but victory comes when we believe and receive our identity from Christ. If He calls us redeemed, we should believe we are redeemed. If He says we are forgiven, we should believe we are forgiven. If He says He will not leave us or forsake us, we should believe He will not leave us or forsake us. If He says He loves me, I should believe He loves me. All of those things are easier said than done, but if we must come to a place where we put off the wrong thinking about ourselves and think about ourselves in the way our God thinks about us. Please know you are not alone and that there is a purpose for your existence. Pursue God and pursue relationship with other believers. Focus on the needs of others as you focus on the Lord and watch Him begin to reveal to you who you truly are …and watch the healing begin to flow. I am sending you something to read that you might find helpful.
